With 400 years of history in making udon noodles, Inaniwa only uses flour from Hokkaido, spring water from Kurikoma Mountains and Japanese sea salt. Committed to their own techniques to knead, crush and dry, the noodles feature an extra smooth and silky texture. These noodles take 3 minutes to cook, and are delicious served cold with tsuyu dipping sauce.
