1. If you are not yet registered with us, please sign up online or email us your details to

2. Registering your details will allow you to access our full range of online services. Upon completion of your online sign up, we will send you a confirmation email with the login page link. Please note: all details are held securely on our server. To view full details of our security policy click here. For additional information about our services, one of our team members will contact you.

3. Please go to the login page to set your password by using the email address you used on the online sign up form.

4. Done!

Once the sign up has been completed, you will be able to view all of our Japan Centre wholesale products and prices and place an order.

Ordeirng process at

1. After you have logged in, you can start putting together your shopping basket. Please note: Price and quantity are shown per box except for some sake items that are available by unit.

2. Check Out

When you have selected all your items and added to the basket, you may proceed with the checkout. By clicking on 'My Shopping Basket', you will see a list of the items you are ordering, with best before date infromation and the subtotal order value. *Please note that delivery fee will be confirmed by the wholesale team after the order has been placed.

You can also leave a comment such as 'I would like to collect my order' or 'please let me know if all items can be packed in 1 box' or any additional information you may have.

3. Order confirmation

Once the order has been placed, the order confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the availability of items and their best before dates. Our wholesale team will then contact you to confirm and inform any additional information (eg; lead-time, delivery fee). At that time you can let us know if you wish to make any amendments to your order. Items will be reserved once the confirmation has been made.

4. Payment

A profoma invoice and online payment link will be sent to you. Please kindly note that for your very first order, upfront payment would be required in order for items to be secured.

5. Dispatch / Delivery

Dispatch / delivery will be arranged once the payment has been made and all items are ready. Please inform wholesale team of any changes to your delivery address, contact details or prefered delivery date PRIOR to dispatch.

Delivery terms & conditions

London based businesses orders will be delivered by our own drivers from Tuesdays - Fridays. We are also proud to work with some of the most reliable couriers for delivery to businesses based outside London. Small - medium sized orders will be delivered by DPD. Pelletised orders will be delivered by Palletline.

Delivery cost varies depending on the postcode and the volume. It will be stated on the proforma invoice and delivery date will be confirmed by wholesale team.
