This resealable pack of furikake features a mixture of hijiki algae and chirimen dried baby sardines with roasted sesame seeds and enhanced with a hint of soy sauce, giving it an extra umami flavour. Softer than the usual furikake rice seasonings, it can be used to make onigiri rice balls and seasoning for bento lunchboxes. You can even use it to make fried rice.
