A long-established sake brewery from the Shizuoka prefecture, Hananomai takes its name from the phrase meaning "flower dance", a name certainly fitting for this fruity and sweet liqueur. All the ingredients- rice, rice koji, and blueberry- are grown in the local area of the brewery in Western Shizuoka, an area with the perfect climate for growing sake rice. The blueberries' sweet, slightly tart flavour is the perfect accompaniment to the gentle sweetness of the rice, all in all creating a frothy drink that's easy to enjoy.
