Description
Aosa is the type of edible seaweed, very similar to Aonori, Green Laver. Dried Aonori and Aosa powder is used as a seasoning for Okonomiyaki pancakes, Takoyaki and Yakisoba dishes. Sprinkle onto food lightly to add some fresh green colours and seaweed flavours.
