This sake has been made with Niigata-grown rice milled to 60% of its original size, nutrient-rich water sourced from the breweries own land and a dash of brewer's alcohol added in the fermentation process to develop the complex taste and aroma. The quietly delightful flavour and light mouthfeel make it the perfect accompaniment to large meals.
