Turn up the heat on some of Nagasaki Prefecture's finest produce with Ohira's pickled spicy mustard greens. These shredded greens (grown entirely in Nagasaki) have been combined with hot chilli peppers and savoury sesame seeds before being stewed in a savoury/sour fermented seasoning, made with soy sauce, fish sauce, and turmeric for an intense burst of flavour. Enjoy in a variety of ways, including with tofu, as the filling in an onigiri rice ball, or as a ramen topping.
