Kneaded into an incredibly airy and deliciously sticky dough, these knife-cut udon noodles are thickly-sliced into wholesome, rustic strands. With every hand-pulled noodle, the nourishing bite at the centre of these noodles is made more of a delight to savour, with lighter bobbled sides adding such fine texture, no two noodles taste the same. Still tastily starchy and perfect as a hearty noodle stew base, give hot pots and curries more texture to soak up their rich flavours and spices.
