Predominantly brewed with local ingredients, including Wakayama's wonderfully plump Kishu nanko ume plums and mineral-rich, Tonda no Mizu spring water, the final sweetening of this plum wine with delicate flakes of brown sugar enriches its exquisite sourness and flavoursome depth, while also making its already luscious texture and finish even more soothing to enjoy. A warm, decadently fragrant umeshu that's a delight to drink, especially when served chilled or on the rocks.
