Locally-produced in Kochi prefecture as a specialised sake yeast perfect for drawing the best flavours and aromas from their regional Gin No Yume sake rice, this 50% milled junmai daiginjo doesn't fall short of delivering a divinely sweet and refined sake, with overripe yellow peach and floral aromas leading its fruity, uplifting nose. Both succulent yet delicate as it flourishes in the mouth, this sake wraps up its finish with refreshing acidity and a sweet, lingering aftertaste, ideal to enjoy with seafood and other mellow foods that offer subtly rich, salty flavours to savour.
