from Yamadaniski rice polished down to 39% with extremely soft pure spring
water from below ground. A fruits basket of aromas with hintts of lychee,
strawberry, melon and cotton candy. Dry on the palate with great purity on
the finish. This super- premium sake excells on white wine glass.
Serving suggestions: Best enjoyed close to room temperature. Pairs well
with simple dishes that accentuate the flavour of natural ingredients.
