This bottle of tsuyu sauce is for hot or cold soba buckwheat noodles, made with good quality of dried bonito and mackerel flakes based soup stocks and Nama raw soy sauce and Tamari thick soy sauce. Keep the bottle in the fridge and use the sauce straight from the bottle as cold soba dipping sauce.
