This bottle of tsuyu sauce is for hot or cold somen noodles, made with good quality of dried bonito flakes and Kombu kelp based soup stocks and Nama raw soy sauce. Keep the bottle in the fridge and use the sauce straight from the bottle as cold somen dipping sauce.
