Description
Nira Shuzo is a small Junmai sake brewery and based in Matsusaka city, Western Japan. 'Koshu' means sake that has been aged for more than 3 years at the sake brewery with aging techniques. This aged sake has unique texture, colour, aloma and flavours, dramatically changed from normal sake's. The perfect matching with Chinese food, rich-flavored dishes or sweet food like chocolates.
