Description
This dry sake is made wirh rice, water, koji and a very small amount of pure distilled alcohol to help extract flavour and aroma. Kasumi region's traditional brewing techniques 'Kimoto Zukuri' created characteristic full-bodied sharp tangy flavour. Perfect for drinking as any tempurtures, hot, warm or cold.
