Extra thick, extra tasty, and extra organic! This pack of wide udon noodles, known in Japanese as kishimen, are a specialty noodle from Nagoya that are flat like Italian tagliatelle. Made using fully organic ingredients, these noodles have been slowly air dried and matured by family artisans in order to preserve their authentic flavour. Serve year-round in hot broths or chilled with a dipping sauce.
