Sushi Su, or Seasoned Rice Vinegar, is an integral part to the sushi making process. It is the seasoning to the sushi rice, and gives the flavour another dimension. Simply add this well-balanced blend of Clearspring’s organic brown rice vinegar, organic mirin and organic soya sauce to cooked rice, and mix gently whilst the rice is still hot.
