This premium Marudaizu soy sauce is a dark, sweet and high quality soy sauce made from carefully selected whole unprocessed soybeans as known as 'marudaizu' in Japanese. By using the unprocessed beans, the sauce has a more mellow and full-bodied savoury flavour than any other soy sauces.
