Containing 10 types of grains including barley, brown rice and common millet, all locally produced from the fertile island of Kyushu, southern Japan, this soft and chewy mixed grain makes a full flavoured, well-balanced and wholesome addition to plain rice. Packed with vitamins, mineral and fibre, simply add 1 sachet along with 30ml of extra water per 2-3 cups of rice into your rice cooker before cooking on your normal settings.
