An award-winning junmai daiginjo crafted from Kochi’s finest Gin No Yume rice and sake yeast.
A three-time Kura Master recipient, this finely polished (50%) sake is brewed using Tosa Shuzo’s original CEL24 yeast, developed in Kochi to draw out the best aromas and flavours of the region’s rice. Celebrated for its pristine clarity and luscious fruit character, it reveals notes of overripe yellow peach and delicate florals on the nose.
Succulent yet refined on the palate, it unfolds with elegant sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a lingering, gently sweet finish. Perfect alongside seafood and subtly rich, savoury dishes that complement its uplifting and sophisticated profile.
