Made in Toyama, Japan. Combining Kagoshima bonito flakes, Kumamoto dried ‘urume’ sardines and Nagasaki grilled flying fish with the northern island of Hokkaido’s fine ‘makonbu’ kelp harvested from the sea near Hakodate, these fine ingredients and flavours are well blended for balance and flavour. This can be used to make various dishes including miso soups, oden, dashimaki tamago, fried rice and more.
