Made in Fukuoka, Japan. Charcoal-grilled flying fish dashi, packed with aroma and umami flavour. Blended with 6 types of dashi ingredients, including ago (flying fish) from Nagasaki prefecture and dried mackerel, dried sardines, bonito flakes, kelp, shiitake mushrooms and a touch of salt and soy sauce, this dashi can be added as-is to achieve full flavouring in a variety of simmered dishes or soups. Alternatively, to enhance the flavour of stir-fried dishes, simply sprinkle over for a brilliant umami seasoning.
