Using 100% nori seaweed from Japan with no additives added, Iso Jiman uses the traditional method to make tsukudani. After collecting raw seaweed fresh from the sea, Iso Jiman's nori seaweed is stored frozen without drying, allowing the umami to release completely. Simply add a small spoon of this seaweed paste onto a bowl of steamed rice to enjoy.
