Squeezing citrus goodness into their sweet and fragrant sake base, Shiragiku Shuzo have created a zesty, invigorating liqueur that can appeal to both first time and accustomed sake drinkers. Made with real fruit juice, freshly-drawn from Ibaraki prefecture's famously ripe yuzu fruit, the rich, fruity flavours elevate the subtle aromas and crisp finish of this locally-produced sake. Brewed with Yumehitachi rice for satisfyingly sweet, umami mouthfeel and acidity, this yuzu sake is best served chilled or on the rocks.
