Produced in Tadami which is blessed with forests and clear water carrying on the long lived tradition making Shochu, Rice shochu "Nekka" was born in April 2017 which Nekka's heart and soul were put into. Made with rice grown by themselves. Brewed with yeast that was produced using sake brewing technology. Known its uniqueness with a deep and rich Ginjo aroma.
