Bored of your usual sushi recipes? Look no further.
Try this powdered sushi seasoning vinegar, you can easily transform your usual sushi to colourful, vivid pink sushi for fun! It has a subtle Japanese plum flavour. Sprinkle 1 and a half table spoon of this powder (about 15g) over warm sushi rice, add some veggies or raw fish of your choice. Prepare to roll with Nori seaweed, wrap in a sushi mat and cling film to avoid rice from sticking onto a mat, cut the sushi into thick slices, then unravel the cling film.
