A whole pickled takuan radish. This takuan radish has been dried in the sun in rural Miyazaki Prefecture, then carefully pickled to perfection for intense flavour and colour. Pickled takuan radish is soft, yet still retains a crunch and comes as a whole so you can cut your pickles to the exact thickness that you like. Contains no artificial colours or preservatives.
