Description
This dried and pickled takuan radish has a light savoury-sweet flavour and is a great way to make a Japanese meal deliciously authentic. It is made with slowly matured, salt cured dried daikon radish from Yamagata prefecture, as well as bonito flakes for a slightly smokey flavour full of umami taste. Weight may vary very slightly between packets. Refrigerate once opened and consume as soon as possible.
